Job title: Trading Production Support Engineer

Salary: £80,000-£150,000 + Bonus

My client are seeking an Engineer with a broad skill set to support a range of technology within their stack.

The position has a heavy focus on the Integration and Deployment of applications, within a Trading environment, and ideally you will stem from a Financial Services/Trading/Front Office background.

You will work closely with the development team and help to implement changes within the Change workflow, managing the delivery of services to production and research environments.

Key will be providing post-release and implementation services within these environments, providing support to brokers and traders, as well as assisting with go live scenarios and projects.

You will have:

• Experience of working in Linux environments
• Strong understanding of Application architecture
• Scripting skills utilising Python
• An understanding of relational databases and querying (SQL, Postgres etc.)
• A good grasp of Networking fundamentals
• A personality!
