Skills/experience
- Expertise in ServiceNow and all modules to support various aspects of Service and Asset management. In particular demonstrable experience of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, CMDB & HAM in a non-IT environment preferably Telco. Additionally knowledge of FSM, ITOM and SOM would be beneficial.
- Proven experience in Service and Operations architecture, including proficiency in business process improvement and service design
Role
- Lead the development and adoption of best practice engineering design standards and procedures, and apply quality assurance processes to ensure that end-to-end technical designs and builds meet technical requirements and standards
- Provide support to the development of commercial proposals relating to complex technical and commercial requirements, and analyse and solve unique, complex and high impact problems
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions to meet agreed specifications
- Provide detailed documented technical solutions and reports for distribution both internally and externally
- Define the future state architecture and approach to technical issues and contribute to the development of strategy and future developments, and Identify and control technical risks and issues
- Plan technical and architecture development and modifications and recommend process, product or service improvements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the bid management process internal stakeholders and customers, and technical leadership within the team, sharing knowledge and skills and providing mentoring support to engineers and technicians
Lead the creation of roadmaps and solution architectures to support Service, Operations and Asset Management architecture (ServiceNow) and business process in line with scaling and growth requirements
