• Monitor and manage the performance and security of applications such as SharePoint, D365, DevOps, Power BI, Power Apps, and Databricks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to these applications, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and updates smoothly while minimizing downtime.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to preempt potential issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of the applications.
• Maintain documentation related to application configuration, processes, and standard operating procedures.

• Proven experience in managing and supporting applications such as SharePoint, D365, DevOps, Power BI, Power Apps, and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of application development and maintenance life cycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in creating and managing documentation related to application processes.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft applications or other related fields are highly desirable.
