Role Details:

Test Manager Skills

Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status
Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization
Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high quality deliverables for clients
Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
Experience in test planning and strategies

Treasury skills

Experience of Kondor Fusion or similar product
Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk
Knowledge in funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management
Analysing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, etc)
Good Knowledge in cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting
Good Knowledge in treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging, etc)
Managing banking relationships
Driving treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region
Preparing and presenting treasury reports to senior management and stakeholders
Monitoring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
