Position: Product Owner
Location: Knowsley, Liverpool,
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term
Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office per week

Role Overview
We're looking for a skilled Product Owner to lead and refine our marketing technology platform, ensuring it supports business growth and adapts to evolving demands. In this role, you'll drive initiatives to enhance value across both digital and in-store channels, making data-informed decisions and overseeing seamless delivery of projects. You'll collaborate closely with third-party vendors and internal teams, ensuring that all technology enhancements align with business priorities and create a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Online and Marketing teams to keep everyone informed about project goals, timelines, and value.
- Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with external technology and service providers to maximize partnership value.
- Develop, prioritize, and maintain project backlogs, regularly aligning with changing business needs.
- Oversee both routine operations and large-scale transformation projects across a true omnichannel environment.
- Act as a central coordinator across teams to ensure projects deliver meaningful business impact.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance for each production release, maintaining high standards.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a proactive, continuously improving environment.

About You
- Solid experience in a product, project, or delivery role.
- Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and complex project delivery.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and product development.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with clear communication across all levels.
