Hours: MonThurs (8am-4pm) Fri (8am-3:30pm)
Contract length: 6 Month, likely to extend
Pay rate: £14.68 per hour PAYE

Some Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for booking and coordinating shipments for the UK for both SGT and AGT and processing the paperwork for the Despatch team.
*
Print and prepare shipping paperwork for the AGT rest of world customer base.
*
Collate, scan and digitally store Notes of Despatch and relevant associated Waybills into SAP for proof of collection.
What we’re looking for:
*
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a warehouse environment but other industries will be considered
*
Strong administrative skills and working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
*
Strong communicator both written and verbally.
*
Highly organised individual with attention to detail and must be a good team player
*
Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential as training can be provided
*Please note you will be required to do a DBS check for this role
