Corporate Development Analyst needed to join our globally recognised pharmaceutical client on an exiting fast-paced portfolio of projects, centred around the acquisition of companies, each being unique.
The Corporate Development Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting corporate development initiatives, working closely with deal and finance leads to ensure the successful evaluation and execution of strategic opportunities. The right candidate will have experience with Mergers & Acquisitions as well as corporate development to enable the drive of these projects.
The Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for detailed financial evaluation of global inorganic growth initiatives, providing insightful analyses that highlights the financial effects of these opportunities. You will also be able to maintain very complex spreadsheet models and have the ability to present outputs clearly and in a highly professional manner.
Key Requirements
- Experience with valuating target companies
- Maintaining complex spreadsheets
- Mergers & Acquisition experience
- Experienced with Corporate development
- Knowledge of preparing impact analyses
- Professional finance qualification
- Understanding of commercial legal concepts
- Strong communication skills
