SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - 6 months

RED is seeking three experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants for an international airline client. This is a 6-month project with immediate start and potential for extension.

Start Date: ASAP

Key Details:

• 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.)
• Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors within Spain, Portugal, or Romania
• Strong configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with client workshops, gap analysis, and aligning workflows with business needs
• English-speaking only

Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules
• Collaborate with clients to meet requirements and resolve issues
• Support end-user training and best practice guidance

Candidates can be based anywhere in the EU or UK.
