Nicholas Bernard is currently looking for a Functional ECM consultant to join a new project about to start with one of our key clients.

Location: GERMANY (100% remote work possible, with optional on-site visits)

Project Language: German or English (documentation in English)

Start Date: November 18, 2024

End Date: February 28, 2025, with potential extension

Workload: Initial design phase (5 person-days) with possibility for additional work in realization phase

Effort Distribution: Approximately 1 day per week

Role Summary: We are seeking a Functional Consultant with a strong background in contract management within organizational settings. The consultant will play a key role in a long-term project, initially focused on the design phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise and insight in contract management processes
• Work closely with the project team to support the design phase and ensure alignment with business requirements
• Collaborate in the preparation of cost estimates and requirements for the realization phase
• Maintain clear communication and thorough documentation (primarily in English)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in contract management in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in German or English
• Ability to work remotely with optional on-site presence in GERMANY
