We have an exciting opportunity to work on a major government project. We are looking for an SC Cleared User Researcher to join a 6-month contract working outside IR35!

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

1. Design and execute research activities (eg, interviews, usability tests) focused on ServiceNow, aligned with GDS assessment criteria.
2. Translate research data into actionable insights, personas, and journey maps, directly influencing platform design and feature development.
3. Partner with product, design, and development teams to ensure user needs are prioritised in ServiceNow solutions.
4. Support UX/UI teams in creating and testing new features and workflows, optimising ServiceNow's usability.
5. Advocate for user-centred principles, maintaining alignment with GDS standards and best practices.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Extensive experience in user research with ServiceNow focus and GDS assessment experience.
2. Proficient in qualitative and quantitative methods (eg, usability testing, surveys).
3. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and user experience best practices.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent ability to influence and work cross-functionally.
