Looking for a Dynamics 365 Consultant for my client in Italy.

Location: Milan

Hybrid Working

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for implementing/customizing/Supporting D365 solutions
  • Liaise effectively between clients, Support team, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
  • Experience in Integration with third party applications.
  • Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements.
  • Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues
  • Worked on different CRM/XRM versions.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills needed to research, diagnose, analyze, and identify solutions with highest level of customer/user satisfaction.
  • To work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical environments, and then design and deliver solutions.
  • Tracking the KPA or KPI of support team members
  • Also having done projects on premise/cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate having 4-5 years of experience in in Technical Dynamics CRM Consultant to build customized solutions in the areas of Sales, Customer Service and Marketing, using workflows, plugins, UI customizations etc.
  • Mandatory Italian Speaking + Any additional Language like (Spanish will be added advantage)
  • D365 Certification an added advantage
