Looking for a Dynamics 365 Consultant for my client in Italy.
Location: Milan
Hybrid Working
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for implementing/customizing/Supporting D365 solutions
- Liaise effectively between clients, Support team, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
- Experience in Integration with third party applications.
- Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements.
- Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues
- Worked on different CRM/XRM versions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills needed to research, diagnose, analyze, and identify solutions with highest level of customer/user satisfaction.
- To work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical environments, and then design and deliver solutions.
- Tracking the KPA or KPI of support team members
- Also having done projects on premise/cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations.
Qualifications:
- Candidate having 4-5 years of experience in in Technical Dynamics CRM Consultant to build customized solutions in the areas of Sales, Customer Service and Marketing, using workflows, plugins, UI customizations etc.
- Mandatory Italian Speaking + Any additional Language like (Spanish will be added advantage)
- D365 Certification an added advantage
