Technical Product Manager

Salary: $90k-$100k + 30% incentives/bonus

Location: Naperville, IL

Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Qualifications

• Experienced Sr Project Manager in the Data space.
• Must have been technical at some point in career
• Has solid experience managing Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence Reporting Projects.
• Has experience running Scrum, Project Management, Program Management, Project Execution, Project Management Skills, Project Planning. Has experience with Agile Methodology.
• Is self-motivated and good communicator (written & verbal). Is Pro-active and can work with very less oversight.
• Experience owning a particular program, engagement and project/s and was accountable for delivery and should act accordingly.
• Has the ability to judge people technical skill fast and take corrective action as required.
• Experience understanding costing attributes and how to make teams efficient & right sized.
• Should have experience understanding the critical players within the client space and respond accordingly.
• Has experience in risk identification and mitigation.
• Has a mentality of a Jr Account Manager to identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell, and farming.
• Has experience dealing with Contract, Financials etc.
