1st Line Support Engineer
Join a dynamic and growing company in Brentwood as a 1st Line Support Engineer!
This role is ideal for a Technical Support Engineer at the beginning of their career, looking to expand their technical skills in IT support. You’ll provide deskside and remote assistance to multiple users across UK sites.
Please note: Occasional travel to other sites is required, so candidates must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support to users, both deskside and remotely, for a range of service issues
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up new user accounts and systems
• Install and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, printers, and scanners
Preferred Technical Skills:
• Experience in a Technical Support role
• Proficiency in supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and telephone systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft/Windows environments
• Exposure to MacOS, iPad, or iOS is a plus
