Streamline Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced professional with a strong sales background in Air & Sea freight forwarding. We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join our client’s team in Tamworth team.
In this role, you will cold call and actively seek new Air & Ocean Import & Export opportunities to drive business growth. Working closely with the operations team, you will help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and deliver exceptional service to build long-term relationships.
* Build and maintain a strong client base with a proven ability to foster long-term client relationships.
* Actively engage in lead generation, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential clients to secure new business opportunities across Air & Sea freight, including Road.
* Provide a high level of customer support, understanding the importance of a customer-centric approach for sustained business growth.
* Maintain seamless communication with internal teams and clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure a smooth, cohesive process.
* Commit to detailed and reliable record-keeping to meet both sales targets and service expectations.
Monday – Friday 08:30-17:30
