Process Analyst - 1-2 years freelance contract

Operational management is part of the Province of Gelderland in which employees provide services to others within the organization, to each other and to a small extent to others outside the organization. Operational management consists of the departments: Communication, Facility Services (FD), Finance, Information and Automation (I&A) and Personnel and Organization (P&O), where a total of around 600 people work.
The activities are facilitative with respect to the provincial organization, but are also influenced from outside. We collaborate at least 300 different products and services that are requested and offered.
Process management within operational management already takes place, but is still primarily focused on the own department or on the own team. The way process management is approached varies enormously.
The process analyst is the point of contact for the various stakeholders (process owners and process managers) and is responsible for the execution of the assignment and the delivery of the result. Together with the project leader, the process analyst sets up the process management organization, with both internal and external people, and is responsible for the correct knowledge within that team. He/she knows and uses process management at all levels, both for process architecture and for recording processes.
It goes without saying that the process analyst must bring a considerable degree of process intelligence and that his/her sense of organization and politics is highly developed. The process analyst must also be able to pass on process knowledge and knowledge of the MAVIM process tool to provincial employees.
