Service Desk Agent (L1/L2)
For one of the largest companies, I am looking for 'Service Desk Agent (Dutch Speaking)' for a 6-12 month project in Westervoort, Netherlands.
Functional and IT skills required:
You supported the service of solving notifications.
These are both telephone messages and alerts to be notified via the self service desk. This is primarily 1st line messages and if possible also support the 2nd line. Initially it comes to absorbing the peak load. Since January run a number of projects that have a significant impact on the user and therefore we expect an increase in the number of reports. you can also help in solving these reports.
