You as a feature engineer organize the interaction with the DevOps teams in and outside your domain. You align stakeholders within all levels of the organization, from CIO to engineer and from product owner to internal user, all with the customer journey in mind. This is done by coaching the teams, while being able to step in and take ownership where gap's emerge. You have and maintain knowledge of the current state and future state implementations and can define the steps towards the target landscape. With this you help to become the Next Generation Digital Bank.
The feature engineer mobilizes the squads and helps to resolve content related dependencies between squads, so that they are ultimately able to achieve their goals more independently.
