My client, a leading telecoms company is looking for a skilled RAN Network Design Specialist to join a dynamic team. The role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end technical solutions across 2G, 4G, and 5G RAN design, ensuring high-quality solutions within challenging timeframes. The role covers hardware, software, and feature design for Macro, Micro, and Small Cells.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and implement technical solutions for RAN, ensuring design meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive efficient solutions.
• Support field trials and new product deployments.
• Analyse network data, drive process optimisations, and ensure timely delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in Mobile RAN design, planning, or delivery.
• Proficiency in Ericsson and Nokia RAN technologies.
• Ability to analyse network data and drive test logs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
