Location: Broughton, UK - Hybrid
Salary: £21/hour - £27/hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a Payroll Support & HR Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing a wide range of payroll-related transactions, providing essential support to internal and external stakeholders, and delivering high-quality HR correspondence. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient running of payroll operations and HR administration processes while ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.

- Document Production & Mail Merge
Experience & Knowledge:
- Previous experience in payroll administration, particularly with payroll data input and handling payroll-related queries.
- Knowledge of PAYE, SMP, SPP, SSP, Student Loans, Pensions, and other deductions.
- Experience with computerised payroll systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage administrative tasks in a busy office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), with good knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
