Azure DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer - Windows, Terraform, Kubernetes - Up to £85k per annum

Our client requires an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will oversee the design, deployment, and management of Azure infrastructure to support live applications, internal tools, and the evolving needs of the team. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability across systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure to support business applications and services.
• Maintain and optimise existing cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, implementing strong access controls, encryption, and monitoring solutions to safeguard data and systems.
• Manage and automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines for seamless and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with the development and operations teams to integrate infrastructure requirements with project goals.
• Oversee Kubernetes cluster management and support containerized application development.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Experience

• Expertise in Azure and Kubernetes for cloud infrastructure and container management
• Proficient in Scripting and automation with Terraform
• Originate from a Windows Infrastructure background
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and best practices for cloud deployments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
