Joining the technology team in a transportation business you'll work with IT and Engineering to ensure that key systems and equipment are protected from Cyber threats.
Description
You'll receive a salary up to £60k and a host of excellent benefits including a fantastic pension, very generous holiday allowance and the opportunity to grow your career with a well known Scottish business.
Managing 2 reports you'll be responsible, in conjunction with the wider IT Security function and Engineering Management Teams, for the development of cyber security processes and policies for the physical and remote access to key systems and engineering equipment aboard a range of vessels.
Profile
To be considered you will possess the following skills:
- Ideal experience in a similar role within the Engineering sector
- Demonstrable track record of cyber security for Industrial Automation
- Knowledge of Cyber Security monitoring systems, processes & procedures
- Previous experience in Technology Risk Assessment
- A degree or other related certification in IT/Cyber Security
Job Offer
Please note that this is a hybrid role based near Glasgow and easily commutable from the City Centre by train or car (free parking). You'll be on-site 3 days per week though there is a degree of flexibility round this.
