Awards Coordinator | Hybrid in London | Inside IR35| 6 month contract

Are you passionate about film, awards campaigns, and the entertainment industry? We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to join a dynamic team during the peak of the film awards season. This exciting role will focus on supporting UK-based campaigning and assisting with logistical planning for screening events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including raising POs, updating budgets, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain and update event schedules, film timelines, and key documents.
  • Coordinate bookings for DCPs and calendar invites for scheduled events, ensuring that executives have all relevant details.
  • Book screening venues and liaise with venues on event logistics.
  • Assist with the logistical planning of screenings, ensuring smooth execution and sharing key information internally.
  • Manage guestlists for screenings and events, ensuring all invitees are properly accounted for.
  • Supply screening venues and agencies with necessary materials such as trailers, press notes, and stills.
  • Assign screeners to moderators, press, consultants, and agencies as required.
  • Support scanning and collating key press coverage and campaign reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Some experience within the film, entertainment, or media industry, particularly in publicity or events.
  • Knowledge of the awards landscape is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working outside of traditional office hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the film awards season.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive with a "get-things-done" attitude and the ability to work independently.
