We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Deployment Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is crucial for overseeing and coordinating the deployment of software solutions to ensure successful releases that meet clients' needs. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in deployment strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering collaboration across teams. A grasp of emerging technologies and practices in software deployment will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the entire deployment process across various projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain deployment strategies and best practices to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage release schedules and deployments to align with project timelines and client expectations.
• Monitor deployment progress and report on risks, issues, and changes to the project teams.
• Continuously evaluate deployment processes for improvement, facilitating adjustments as necessary.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure a smooth transition from development to production, addressing any concerns.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the deployment life cycle.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on deployment processes and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in deployment techniques, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Deployment Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record in software deployments.
• In-depth knowledge of deployment processes, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (eg, AWS, Azure) and containerisation technologies (eg, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in project management (eg, PMP, Agile) or deployment tools are advantageous.
