Salary: £50,000-£70,000 + Bonus

My client, a growing HealthTech organisation, are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join their team.
You will ideally stem from a HealthTech/Healthcare background, with software related experience, ideally around EPR systems.
The role serves as a transitional role from Implementation through to more Product related duties and to join a Product team, so is an excellent springboard for someone who is looking to move their career in this direction.
Experience around the following is required:
- Working at a HealthTech firm or Vendor, ideally in a Software Implementation capacity, or Product Management related duties
- Experience of creating technical documentation
- Experience working on the Product side of a business, suggesting Product improvements and taking ownership
- SQL
- Linux (highly desirable)
Duties are varied and will include the following:
- Acting as a Pre-Sales resource for the Sales, Development and Delivery teams
- Ensuring deployments are of a consistent high quality
- Documentation
- Developing and testing technical procedures for Delivery and Support teams
- Responding to tenders
- Creating and maintaining demo environments
- Providing representation at trade shows
- Assisting other departments with new product features and opportunities
- Assisting in the development of training materials
- Providing knowledge transfer and sharing both internally and externally
- Ensuring that application deployments are performed safely and securely within customer and cloud environments
- Developing and testing technical processes
- Becoming a product SME
- Utilising technical ability around technologies such as Linux and SQL to further knowledge of the product, and to assist in integrations and deployments
