Security Clearance: NATO Secret
As a Cyber Incident Responder, you'll be the frontline defense in cybersecurity, responsible for identifying, containing, eradicating, and recovering from cyber threats in a high-stakes environment. This role involves 24/7 incident response duties, with on-call support including weekends and holidays.

As a Cyber Incident Responder, you'll be the frontline defense in cybersecurity, responsible for identifying, containing, eradicating, and recovering from cyber threats in a high-stakes environment. This role involves 24/7 incident response duties, with on-call support including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- 24/7 Incident Response: Lead incident triage, containment, eradication, and recovery
- Technical Coordination: Support this organisation and partner organizations with incident management
- Reporting & Communication: Produce briefings, dashboards, and reports for varied audiences
- Team Leadership: Lead or support a Cyber Security Response Team during multi-location incidents
- Knowledge Management: Maintain incident taxonomy, manage portals, and network within internal security teams
- Process Improvement: Research and implement enhancements in incident response activities
- Education & Experience: Degree in IT with 4+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years if no degree
- Technical Skills: Expertise in incident response (using MITRE ATTACK), intrusion detection, IT service management
- Knowledge Management: 3+ years in information management, ideally in cybersecurity
- Communication: Strong skills in reporting and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Certifications: CISSP, GCIH, GIAC/GCIM Security
- IT Service Management: Professional certifications
- Technical Expertise: Strong network (TCP/IP) and system administration skills
- Contract: 720 hours around 5 months working 40 hours per week
- Hourly Rate: €50- €80 per hour depending on experience
