Job Title: Analytics Manager
Location: London (3 days onsite)

Pay Rate: TBC Inside IR35
Flint Technology Services is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager with an extensive background in telecommunications, who can join one of our clients based in London, 3 days per week. The successful candidate will drive decision-making using the power of data and insights. You develop strong relationships with colleagues and help them in achieving their goals of improving KPIs. You produce high-quality, actionable insights to deliver a holistic customer view. You develop high quality reporting and analysis, leveraging self-serve wherever possible, and make sure that the data being used is accurate and timely. You analyse data from multiple sources, including digital and offline sources where needed. You act as the subject matter expert for specific business analysis, providing input into development of new products and making sure consistently high quality analysis is delivered. You lead on projects to deliver new reporting and analysis, from requirements capture, to designing the content and output, to working with developers and data managers in getting the data to analyse and build the output. You maintain quality governance and controls to make sure we produce consistent and accurate analysis. You focus on process improvement and technology automation to improve our customers' experience and efficiency, driving deeper extensive use insight and analysis. You deliver and own self-serve reporting solutions dashboards (where appropriate) that provide a deep understanding of our products, how the business is performing and the key drivers. You take a holistic view of the analysis and reporting requirements of the business and use your expertise to interpret systems, processes and data to design brilliant solutions.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in measurement of campaign performance & providing KPI performance scoring
- A good understanding of mathematical principles & coding languages (ie Python, R) + SQL
- Experience in working across Digital ecosystem (clear understanding of interconnectivity of Search, Content, Websites, CRM, Channels & Platforms etc)
- Knowledge of segmentation techniques
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Commercial acumen understanding the commercial environment surrounding base and our brands and how the outcomes will impact overall objectives
- Comfortable working in Agile operating model
- Customer centric oriented approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills. including the ability to explain and present the finding of technical work to non-expert audiences
- Team player and collaborative approach
- Experience working with statistics and particularly A/B testing and statistical significance and hypothesis testing.
