Role: ServiceNow Developer (SC Cleared)

Duration: 6 months + possible extension

London: hybrid

JD:

• ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript): Strong proficiency in JavaScript for client-side and Server Side Scripting.

• Workflows and Automation: Experience with creating and customizing workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Service Catalog items, and Scheduled Jobs.

• Integration Expertise: Familiarity with REST, SOAP APIs for integrating ServiceNow with external systems.

• ServiceNow Modules: In-depth knowledge of core ServiceNow applications like ITSM, ITOM & ITAM

• Data Modeling: Understanding of tables, fields, relationships, form creation, and schema design within ServiceNow.

• Performance Optimization: Experience with system tuning, improving script performance, and handling large-scale data and users.

• Reports & Dashboard: Creating customization reports, creating dashboards

• ITOM (good to have): Discovery, Service maps and CMDB implementing and troubleshooting.
