Digital Product Designer

Hybrid working - Leamington Spa, Warwick

You will craft intuitive, user-centered, and visually appealing digital products by combining technical skills, design principles, and user research to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products and features.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established design specifications, guidelines, and standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research, integrating insights to develop and implement effective testing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely on product roadmaps, partnering with software engineers and digital product managers to enhance customer experiences.
  • Articulate and justify design decisions and their rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Pursue continuous improvement in design processes and practices.
  • Achieve and exceed key metrics related to user engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering digital products and features that align with business objectives and fulfil user needs
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Expertise in user research and testing, including user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Competence in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that conform to established design standards and guidelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience working effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the rationale behind them to stakeholders.
  • Robust problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to iterate and refine designs based on feedback and testing outcomes.
  • Basic understanding of Front End and mobile development processes.
