You will craft intuitive, user-centered, and visually appealing digital products by combining technical skills, design principles, and user research to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products and features.
- Ensure strict adherence to established design specifications, guidelines, and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, integrating insights to develop and implement effective testing strategies.
- Collaborate closely on product roadmaps, partnering with software engineers and digital product managers to enhance customer experiences.
- Articulate and justify design decisions and their rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering digital products and features that align with business objectives and fulfil user needs
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Deep understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in user research and testing, including user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Competence in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that conform to established design standards and guidelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience working effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the rationale behind them to stakeholders.
