Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant for a project in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in their digital transformation program in the field of human capital management
• Satisfy customers' functional and process requirements with Success Factors solutions
• Renew yourself on new technologies (qualtrics EXM, workzone, litmos, etc.) and independently lead HCM transformation projects
• Manage meaningful discussions with CHROs and HRBPs;

Requirements

• SuccessFactors certification in modules such as EC, COMP-VP, PMGM, LMS, etc
• Green field and end to end implementation experience of at least one Success Factors module
• Certification on other SAP solutions such as HCM/PCE, litmos, workzone, SCPI, or on Agile methodology as Scrum Master
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HCM system implementation projects
• Fluency in Italian and English
