Senior Audio Visual Design Engineer

"The Workplace Tools team is looking for a Sr. Audio Visual Design Engineer to drive our employee experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. Role
In this position, you will:
Develop complex designs for Audio Visual spaces globally.
Partner with internal teams to collaborate and consult, providing knowledge and problem solving.
Review Vendor products, proposals and design scopes.
Assist teams in remediating large scale or complex issues involving the Multimedia systems.
Prepare and maintain documentation for systems and standards, including drawings, operational and troubleshooting documents.
Maintain ownership of change control process.
Perform security reviews and system operational testing for new designs.

The ideal candidate for this position should:
Have an advanced skill set in the Enterprise AV design systems space.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of system configurations, with emphasis placed on user workflow.
Have advanced skills designing for Zoom, Teams, Poly VC systems, video walls, AVoIP products, advanced camera automation systems.
Be highly organized, driven by timelines and focused on the details.
Have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time.
Continually look for improvements in their work and the processes they use.
Find fulfillment in a job well done and a solution the customer loves.
Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly. Identify areas where solutions fall short of needs and provide thoughtful and sustainable solutions
