Job Title: Senior IP Management System Specialist (Memotech & IPMS Anaqua AQX)
Location: Basel, Switzerland - hybrid
Contract Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support and customization for Memotech IP management, a critical application in managing IP renewals and the overall life cycle.
• Facilitate the transition to Anaqua AQX by preparing and validating data for migration.
• Configure, maintain, and test integrations and interfaces within Memotech and IPMS Anaqua AQX.
• Create advanced SQL-based SSRS reports, working with ANSI, Oracle, and MS SQL databases.
• Offer technical support for the eBilling solution (Passport) and maintain interface compatibility with SAP4.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and legal IP data standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of expertise in Memotech (Clarivate) IP Management Systems.
• 1+ years of experience in Anaqua AQX implementation.
• 5+ years of SQL (ANSI, Oracle, MS SQL) experience, with proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Deep understanding of legal IP data structures and processes, with 5+ years in a legal IP environment.
• Familiarity with eBilling systems, specifically Passport by WK ELM.
• Fluent in English, with ability to commute to Basel, Switzerland.
