Change Analyst
£50,000 - £55,000 (plus 10% bonus)
Location: High Wycombe- 3 days on site
We are seeking a Change Analyst to join one of our client within the Technology & Transformation department. This dynamic role involves supporting the execution of change initiatives, driving smooth transitions, and enhancing organizational growth through impactful implementation strategies.
About the Role:
As a Change Analyst, you will assist in creating and executing management plans for change initiatives. Working alongside project teams, you'll support stakeholder engagement, training, and communication efforts to align with the organization's strategic goals. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of key changes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Implementation Support: Provide support for implementation management, helping to gather data for readiness assessments and impact evaluations, as well as organizing documentation for transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with stakeholder analysis, organize engagement materials, and support the planning and execution of workshops.
Training Coordination: Support training sessions by preparing materials and assisting participants, ensuring smooth and effective training experiences.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track metrics and prepare reports on implementation progress, identifying risks, and gathering data on success rates.
Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from stakeholders and employees, helping to refine our implementation methodologies and frameworks.What We're Looking For:
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess complex scenarios and develop effective solutions.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities across all levels of the organization.
