About the Role: As a Senior IT Engineer, you will be a key member of our service desk, managing client networks, delivering high-quality technical support, and leading the design and delivery of IT projects. You'll be responsible for enhancing client IT solutions, ensuring business continuity, and safeguarding against cyber threats. If you're eager to expand your knowledge and develop new skills across various IT disciplines, this role offers the perfect environment for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage server environments (Windows Server )
  • Manage Active Directory, Entra, DNS, and DHCP services
  • Deploy and maintain cloud services in Azure and AWS
  • Configure and manage Firewalls, DMZ, and network security
  • Manage Office 365 deployments and MS Exchange environments
  • Ensure data backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity
  • Troubleshoot network LAN/WAN environments using tools like IPerf and WireShark
  • Manage network Switches (VLANs, switch stacks) and WiFi solutions
  • Work with virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper V

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering IT projects and technical support
  • Knowledge of best practices in IT security (eg, Cyber Essentials, PCI, ISO)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Certifications in MCP, MCSA, CCNA, VMware, or cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) are highly desirable
