Helpdesk Level 2 Specialist
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Duration: 6 months

Seeking a Helpdesk Level 2 Specialist to work in the infrastructure team which is in charge of coordinating deployment of projects and changes. Participate in infrastructure projects and ensure level 2 support and escalation for Solaris and Windows 10 environments.

Qualifications include:

  • 3+ years Helpdesk Level 2 experience
  • Project Lead/Manager experience
  • SCCM 2012
  • Active Directory
  • ITIL
  • Windows 7, Windows 10 Workstation environment
  • Windows Server 2012, 2016 environment
  • Office 2
  • Knowledge in Security: Firewall, Proxy, Ipsec, SEP
  • Basic Scripting
  • Remedy Force
