Project Support Coordinator

Precision Resource Group are delighted to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to join the team as Project Support Coordinator, via our PRG Consulting Team! This is a highly strategic role, perfect for those with great levels of organisation and communication skills, whereby you will be working collaboratively with clients regarding a number of diverse Recruitment projects.

Project Support Coordinator role

The Project Support Coordinator role will assist our Consultancy team with the planning, execution, and completion of consultancy projects. This role involves administrative support, resource coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage project documentation, including monthly reports
  • Resource Coordination: Ensure project teams have the necessary resources and projects are running to schedule
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the internal team, Programme Leads, Finance & Compliance Teams as well as clients.
  • Monitor Progress: Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Pipeline Tracker - Update the pipeline tracker daily.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and ensure correct procedures are followed
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organise project meetings, preparing necessary materials and agendas.
  • Bid/Proposal Management - Some assistance may be required with creating and inputting content into proposals.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or project site visits.
