Are you an experienced IT Service Desk Agent English speaking?
If so, we are looking for you, to join a dynamic and busy international team in Zoetermeer, Netherlands.
The IT Service Desk Agent, English speaking will be part of the IT Support team which provides the following Support.
Responsibilities IT Service Desk Agent:
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic programs.
- Determine the best solution for faster resolution of the end-users issue.
- Educate and guide the end-user through problem-solving.
- Provide information on IT products or services based on the end-user query.
- Record all issues and their resolution in the IT ticketing tool.
- Follow-up and update end-user on status and information of the issue reported.
- Identify and suggest improvements on current processes followed.
Requirements for the IT Service Desk Agent, English speaking:
- Onsite (5/6) years experience
- Experience in service desk (L1/L1.5)
- Experience in the following environment: Microsoft, O365, Skype for Business etc.
You MUST speak fluent English and MUST have an EU work permit.
