IT Support Engineer (SCCM/O365) - Birmingham
Fantastic opportunity to join a global services provider based in Birmingham as an IT Support Engineer (2nd or 3rd line)!
Key for this role are an administration/support background working hands on with SCCM and Office 365/O365.
You may also have worked with Active Directory, PC/Smartphone/Tablet devices/Avaya and carried out Root Cause Analysis activities.
- IT Support to 2nd or 3rd line
- Hands on experience with SCCM and Office 365/O365
- Additional experience with Active Directory, Avaya, PC, Smartphone, Tablet support would be beneficial
- Root Cause Analysis
- Excellent communication skills
The role is based near to Birmingham airport (reachable by rail/public transport/car) in a bespoke, comfortable new office site!
