Assistant Business Executive

If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Vital Energi as a Assistant Business Executive supporting day to day administration duties at our London office based in Holborn. Our office in London is a busy and vibrant environment accommodating up to 160 employees.

Vital Energi is a leading provider of renewable energy infrastructure and systems to the public and private sectors. We are supporting Hospitals, Universities, New Build developments, Towns and Cities as well as Industrial and Commercial clients to decarbonise their buildings. We have and continue to work on ground-breaking projects throughout the UK which are supporting the UK’s Net Zero targets.
The Role
Reporting to the Business Executive to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:
* Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients
* Planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling office activities to ensure effective performance
* Assisting and working alongside the administration team and different departments
* Typing meeting minutes
* Director’s expenses
* Assisting with internal and external events
* Diary management and scheduling of meetings
* Miscellaneous tasks to support Directors
* Support with time management
* Supporting the Commercial Team with the receipt, logging and filing of payment applications
Skills/Experience:
* Minimum GCSE’s or equivalent grade A-C in Maths and English (Desirable)
* Demonstrable experience in an administration role (Essential)
* Experience from within a customer facing role (Essential)
* You will have a Confident manner
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast -paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written, verbal communication skills and a key eye to detail
* A good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
The Package
* Starting salary of £30,000 per annum
* Annual season ticket travel loan available
* Contributory Company Pension Scheme
* Non-contributory death-in-service insurance
