Training Communications Designer – (FTC 9 months)

Location: Bristol

Salary: £38,000 - £41,500

Job Summary

As a Training Communications Designer, you'll be immersing yourself in the dynamic realm of crafting compelling content and training materials for the team and partners. Your primary objective? Ensuring that everyone possesses the required knowledge and resources to impress clients and partners at every turn.

Your responsibilities will cover developing e-learning modules and training resources tailored for both in-person and virtual sessions. Additionally, you'll be tasked with creating communication materials for emails, partner websites, and internal communications.

Through close collaboration with the team, you'll smoothly translate complex changes and technical concepts into easily digestible content.

The Role

As a Training Communications Designer you will:

·Develop e-learning and training content for various delivery methods.

* Create communication and resource content for email campaigns, partner websites, and internal management systems.

* Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand operational changes and performance gaps.

* Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational performance and user experience.

* Write and edit copy for various mediums including e-newsletters, emails, trainer notes, slide decks, process maps, and online resources.

* Manage communication plans, email campaigns, photoshoots, events, resources, training, and video content.

* Collaborate with external suppliers to deliver effective solutions within budget and timelines.

* Conduct structured train-the-trainer activities to ensure consistency in learning outcomes.

* Evaluate and measure the impact of communication and training through qualitative and quantitative analytics.
