Inside Sales Representative

To support our sales growth we are expanding our inside sales team, looking to immediately hire Inside Sales Representatives. The inside sales team is responsible for generating new business opportunities for the sales team and channel partners, interacting with current and new prospective customers.

This position is an active selling role, responsible for updating customer contact information, informing customers of FEITIAN's products, services and solutions, identifying sales opportunities and transitioning qualified opportunities to the sales team and FEITIAN channel partners. We are looking for motivated, self starters looking to make an impact on the company's success as well in their own careers.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary and opportunity for individual performance bonuses. Based on success the candidate will have additional opportunities for career advancement.

The Day-to-Day Essential Job Functions

  • You will be the driving force for initial outreach and engagement with many of our top prospects
  • Work with senior sales managers to qualify leads and set appointments
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Run with qualified opportunities for further development and identify use cases
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Complete a target number of outbound calls daily
  • Follow-up on prospecting calls with emails
  • Enter comprehensive notes from prospecting calls into our database
  • Provide RMA escalation assistance to Inside Sales Support team

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer
  • Internship experience working with SaaS or Technology product sales
  • Track record of over-achieving sales goals
