IT Sales Account Manager - WFH/Office Hybrid
Location: London/Essex
Salary: Circa £60K basic + Uncapped Commission (Excellent Accelerators)
Services provided by our client include: Managed Support, Remote Monitoring, IT Hardware Software, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Network Design and Management, Telephony UC, Network Cabling, Real Estate IT Services, Virtual Desktop.
Our client is a prominent nationwide IT & Telecoms support provider based in Upminster, on the outskirts of London, offering fully outsourced IT and Telephony managed services across the UK.
They are currently seeking an experienced IT Sales Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who thrive in IT sales, with a strong background in account management and business development. Ideally you will have existing client relationships and potential business than can be accessed upon joining our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: From sourcing and lead generation to closing deals and ongoing account management.
- Client Relationship Development: Leverage your existing relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- IT Product Sales: Experience selling a broad range of IT products from multiple manufacturers is highly desirable.
- Prospecting & Conversion: Identify and nurture new prospects, transforming them into key accounts and developing these accounts to their full potential.
- Account Management: Manage existing client portfolios, continually seeking to add value and grow the accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Sales Account Manager or in a Business Development role within the IT sector.
- Expertise in end-to-end sales including lead generation, deal closure, and account management.
- Demonstrable success in managing and growing client relationships.
- Familiarity with a wide range of IT products and manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of IT technology and a willingness to continually update your knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with a hybrid approach of WFH and office-based tasks, with potential for client visits where necessary.
