OTR Company Driver (CDL Class A) Job Offer
Pay Scale: $0.57 - $0.64 CPM
Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $1,000 ($500 on first load, $500 at 30 days)
Average Miles: (phone number removed) per week
Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage & productivity
Details:
Out 12 days, home 2 full days every other weekend
OTR across all 48 states (majority east of I-35)
100% no-touch freight: 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload
No forced dispatch to NYC or its 5 boroughs
Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth's
Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2nd hour
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
Orientation: Shippensburg, PA
Vacation:
1 year = 1 week
3 years = 2 weeks
7 years = 3 weeks
15 years = 4 weeks
