Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Hayward, California
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
Bonuses:
Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance
Job Overview:
This full-time position allows for a work-life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule. You will be responsible for providing top-quality physical therapy care to an average of 14 patients per day, contributing to their rehabilitation and long-term wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical conditions, needs, and limitations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and reducing pain.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery processes.
Document patient progress and maintain comprehensive treatment records.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
Mentor support staff and interns as needed.
Continue professional development through education and staying updated on current best practices.
