Job Title: PT Center Manager
Location: Hayward, California
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually
Bonuses:
Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance
Center Managers can earn an annual bonus of up to 8% of yearly earnings
Job Overview:
As a Center Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients. You will also be responsible for staff management, clinic growth, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including patient care, staff management, and financial performance.
Ensure the highest standards of care are provided to patients, in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Manage a team of clinicians, support staff, and other personnel, ensuring a collaborative and positive work environment.
Facilitate staff training and development, and mentor clinicians, including foreign-trained applicants, to obtain licensure.
Develop and implement clinic growth strategies, including community outreach and partnership building.
Monitor clinic performance metrics, such as patient satisfaction, revenue generation, and cost control.
Ensure clinic adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
Prior experience in a leadership or management role is preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of [State] or eligible to obtain a license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
