Hourly Rate: $29.00 to $40.00, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Medical Surgical RN to join our Renal Vascular team. In this role, you will provide care to ill, injured, and recovering adults in a patient-centered care model. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to manage treatment autonomously while working collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation.
Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary care team.
Analyze assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
Act as a patient safety advocate and ensure the effective use of time, supplies, and equipment.
Educate patients about their medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support to patients and their families throughout their stay.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Florida or multistate compact licensure required.
Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of acute care RN experience required (open to any RN experience).
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required prior to start.
NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption.
