Simeon Global Consulting is seeking a Data Support position to play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data across various projects. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple data sources effectively. The Data Support professional will collaborate with various teams to provide accurate data reports, maintain databases, and assist with troubleshooting data-related issues. 

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Maintain, organize, and ensure accuracy of data in multiple databases. 

Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery. 

Data Quality Control: Identify discrepancies or inaccuracies in data and take appropriate corrective actions. 

Collaboration: Work with project managers and other team members to understand data needs and deliver required support. 

Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve data issues as they arise. 

Database Maintenance: Update and maintain data in systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalent experience. 

1-3 years of experience in data management or a related field. 

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management software. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

Experience with SQL or similar database management systems. 

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. 

Experience with data analytics or data cleaning. 

Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems. 

Experience working in data support for disaster response or emergency management. 

Additional Qualifications: 

Must be at least 18 years old.  

Must be eligible to work in the United States. 

Must reside in the state of Florida. 

Must pass a background check upon offer of employment.  

Must be willing and able to travel to various work sites as needed. 

Must be willing and able to work long hours and adapt to changing environments.
