Company Seeking a Motivated Gearbox Resealer/Rebuilder Grand Rapids, MI

This position bears the responsibility of rebuilding gearboxes for concrete mixer trucks.  This will be your primary focus each day.  Previous experience is not required. Hands on training is provided along with documented processes.  You may be asked to cross train in additional warehouse functions like assembly builds, shipping and receiving, RMA processing, will call processing, and inventory management. We are specifically looking for an individual to join our team who has the potential to grow within our company by demonstrating their self-motivated work ethic!

Mon to Fri 8am-5pm

Location:

100% onsite at 955 Ken-O-Sha Industrial Dr. SE in Grand Rapids, MI.

Requirements

Company-wide meetings must be attended in-person, four times a year in either SC, MI or TX. Traveling by plane may be required.

Any offer of employment is contingent upon passing a drug screen and background check.

Ideal candidate requirements:

Have a mechanical and logistical mind and follow continuous improvement methodologies. We are always looking for ways to improve our processes to become more efficient.

Have a High School Diploma or GED

Have a Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.

Have a friendly and professional personality. You will be communicating (Phone, email, chats and video calls) with customers, vendors and peers all day long.

Have above-average computer and data entry skills, with the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
