Job Description

Ensures ongoing coverage and continuity; coordinates with other providers/physicians for on-call coverage and participates in that coverage as needed.

Acts as a medical liaison between the LIFE program and others in the medical community (i.e. primary physician groups (attending), specialists, and hospital staff); promotes discussions regarding medications, treatments, discharge, and alternative regimens.

Ensures compliance with LIFE provider regulations as they pertain to medical/clinical components.

Utilize your advanced clinical skills to accurately diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, helping patients on their journey to recovery and wellness.
