Responsibilities:

As part of the recruitment team, this position will act as a Newport Healthcare (NH) advocate and generate enthusiasm about NH within the community. The Sourcing Recruiter is at the forefront of NH talent acquisition strategy, identifying and engaging top-notch candidates to join our growing family. Work with local stakeholders to build relationships with community members to build a talent pipeline, coordinate hiring events, and provide recruiting support to fill open positions in a timely manner.  This position will source, engage, and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our company’s vision and values.

Essential Duties:

Identify and engage top-tier talent through various channels, from social media to industry events.

Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.

Build powerful messaging and engaging content to captivate key audiences across various sourcing platforms.

Create a positive and memorable experience for candidates, ensuring they feel valued and excited about the prospect of joining our team.

Stay on the cutting edge of sourcing techniques and explore creative ways to connect with potential candidates.

Track, analyze, and apply sourcing metrics including number of sourced candidates and time-to-fill.

Demonstrate expertise in leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc., to create buzz and excitement.

Stay ahead of social media trends and implement them strategically.

Use analytic tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.

Engage with your audience and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school Diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field or at least 1 year experience in a sales or recruitment environment preferred.

Strong passion for staying ahead of industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to travel as needed.

Possess a high level of confidentiality.

Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Must live within a reasonable distance (1 hour) of the nearest Newport/PrairieCare facility.

Pay Range for this position $58,211 - $81,495 per year based on education and experience
