Job Summary: Our client has an immediate need for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team, specializing in providing insurance solutions to a wide variety of industries. This role will focus on managing and servicing clients insurance programs. The Account Manager will be responsible for handling general liability, property coverage, workers compensation, professional liability, and other related lines of coverage. With 10+ years of relevant experience, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to our clients' risk management needs while fostering strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do:
Coverage Analysis: Assess clients' insurance needs and develop comprehensive insurance coverage recommendations tailored to their specific risks.
Policy Administration: Manage the full policy lifecycle, from applications and endorsements to renewals and policy changes.
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential exposures and provide informed risk management recommendations.
Claims Assistance: Facilitate the claims process by collaborating with clients, insurers, and claims adjusters to ensure efficient and fair claim resolution.
Coverage Review: Regularly review policies to ensure clients' coverage aligns with their evolving needs and industry changes.
Client Consultation: Offer professional advice on risk mitigation strategies and insurance options to enhance clients' risk management efforts.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records, including policy documents, correspondence, and other relevant information.
Market Research: Stay informed about insurance market trends, carrier offerings, and industry regulations affecting the real estate sector.
Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through exceptional service, timely communication, and proactive problem-solving.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
10+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
Experience in handling small to mid-sized clients is required.
Must have current experience with insurance companies such as Hartford; Hanover; Chubb; Liberty Mutal; Travelers; Philadelphia, and also be familiar with the major Wholesalers – RPS; Amwins; Morstan; RT Specialty.
Proficiency in general liability, professional liability, and property insurance coverages.
Strong analytical skills to assess client risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Familiarity with AMS360 software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Active insurance license (Property & Casualty) preferred.
